Overall interview process was great. Very clear directions on interview steps.
The first call was an initial call explaining the company and role requirements.
The second was technical round. Here, the interviewer was great in explaining the problem. He was also interested in listening to your approach.

Phone screen.
Called in by a different than the one I was scheduled with.
Spoke initially about my experience and then about job and company.
The interviewer was very accommodative of the technical difficulties I faced.
After talking to the interviewer I felt like I wont be a cultural fit in a company that hangs beyond midnight at office.
