Applied via Compass' website and was contacted to schedule an initial phone screen. Spoke with a friendly recruiter for about 15 minutes and was told she thought I'd be a good fit and would be put in touch with the hiring team to schedule a Zoom-based interview. I ended up interviewing with three different people who all worked in the same managerial role in several different locations on the west coast. The location I interviewed for was not quite open yet. I ended up being contacted and told that the search came down to myself and one other candidate, and that it was a difficult decision but they ended up going with the other candidate. They did offer me to have an expedited interview process for another position at the same office that they thought I'd be a better fit for. I declined as I had already accepted another job.
Initially had a phone interview with the recruiter who informed me that the interview process would consist of five interviews. Once that interview was done, I was connected with three Workplace Managers (one which would be my manager). I was then set up with another set of interviews. One was with the Regional Operations Manager, and the other with the Sales Manager for the office I was applying for. I was initially told it would be five people I interviewed with, but then I was asked to come back again for a final round. From there, I was then contacted by the recruiter and hired.

One straightforward, short interview centered around basic questions about the skills I would bring to the job and my interest in the position, as well as the company culture. I met with the manager for the office I had applied to work at.

A very lengthy unproductive interview process. I should have known when I had seen the job was posted for 30+ days and they were still actively interviewing.
Phone interview was quick and to the point. Kelli was great to talk with.
Had 2 video interviews with separate individuals scheduled 1st, then 2nd was the 1 individual and lastly was 3 video interviews back to back. That totals 6 in the matter if 1 week!
All asking the exact same questions. I appreciate a company taking time to select the right candidate…but I’m sorry if someone comes to you with admin and real estate experience, positive attitude and potential asset it seems silly to go through so many interviews. It’s been 2 weeks since last interview and never even received a response on not being selected.
I’m sure your team also finds the extensive repetitive interview process NOT useful.
