Very thorough! A hiring agency reached out to me and guided me through every step~ Interview questions were not too hard and easy to follow. The hiring agency (the one that Compass hired to help them out in the hiring process) was very nice and emailed me to tell me what the next steps were and made sure to keep me updated in a timely manner.
