I applied to a job online. After one call, I was told I should be considered for a different job. I had a tech screen and then had a virtual onsite with 5 people, none of whom were the manager for this role. I am not sure there was a manager for this role. In the process I talked to 3 different recruiters. There was no diversity in my loop. I am not sure if any women work in a technical capacity at this company. Overall, I think the interview was a waste of time. At the rejection, I was given the feedback that I was not given an offer because of I lacked experience with X. Experience with X was listed as a plus and not a requirement in the job ad. I never said I had experience with X.
