2 level interview process. HR calls only on WhatsApp and gave the excuse that it was not possible to call by phone as HR did not know the office number. What??? The number from which they contacted via WhatsApp was not possible to call either. Did not bother to make it convenient for candidate. Interview was postponed last minute after the candidate took leave which was difficult to obtain. Interview went well, informed that the candidate would be informed of outcome which did not happen. Company then said they confirmed another candidate after follow up. A few months later same advert appeared for the same position. Why??? I question the sincerity of the company in hiring and at least (1) exercise some PR and EQ in handling candidates and (2) keep the ones you have interviewed in view if you are genuinely hiring.
