      Entrevista

I’d like to offer candid but constructive feedback on my recent interview experience with Commure for a senior-level position. Unfortunately, the final round fell well short of expectations for a role of this level. The interview lacked structure, strategic focus, and clarity. One example: I was asked to name the company where I faced the most difficulty getting things done—but when I attempted to provide helpful context, I was cut off and told to give only the company name. This prevented any meaningful engagement. The interviewer also spoke very quickly, frequently shifted topics mid-sentence, and contradicted previous instructions. When I asked for clarification, the guidance changed again. The overall interaction felt disorganized and unfair. Additionally, the conversation didn’t reflect prior discussions or demonstrate awareness of where we were in the process. It felt more like an initial screening than a continuation for a senior strategic role. I came prepared with thoughtful questions about product scope, workflows, and vertical-specific needs, but received only vague answers with little actionable insight. The interviewer messaged me after the scheduled start time and joined late. Combined with the confusion during the interview and a combative tone toward the end, the experience left a strong impression of internal misalignment and poor preparation. Commure may be building something important, but the candidate experience—especially at senior levels—needs to reflect the same clarity and value-driven approach the company presumably brings to its customers. Had I been a customer in this interaction, I would have mentally checked out. I hope the company takes this feedback as an opportunity to improve. Candidates deserve a fair, professional space to demonstrate their capabilities—especially when the role is positioned as high-impact and strategic.

      Pregunta 1

What was the hardest role you've ever had? When I added context, they cut me off mid sentence. They only wanted a name, which adds no value.
