They call you up and ask you one question. I am pretty sure they take everyone and it is just a numbers game to get as many people to work for them as possible. They advertise as a paid internship, but in the small print it reads "commission based."

Interview was simple. Had two smooth and easy interviews, one with HR manager and the other with the CEO. Overall good experience. The application was easy and everyone I spoke with made it even easier.
