I first saw their ad in craigslist and decided to swing by, since I had just moved back from out of state I wanted to get the feel of the East Bay again. Its a quiet area across the street from the police department. Well the first interview I met with the manager and did a one on one interview. Then for the second round I did an interview with the executive director and the grant coordinator. I was asked various questions about my background in Psychology and how I would handle certain situations.
