Got mini interviewed by the EHS assistant director in a job fair. I would say I got screened more than anything. They were that desperate that even though I never worked with children (one of their requirements) they still put me through. Then I was called to be interviewed by her again 1:1. The next day I was called by the assistant director to set an interview with the EHS director and a parent from the parenting council committee. I was offered the job days later.
