Effective. Efficient and very Transparent. 3 Interviews, with actual people I'd be working directly with and group or 2:1 which meant I didn't need 6 separate interviews. The interviewers were ranging in seniority and background. Didn't feel grilled but more like a mutual fit check and discussion.
