The interview was a panel interview with three people that lasted about an hour. The interview overall was pretty laid back with basic questions. After the interview, they stated that would get back to me with the next two weeks. Two weeks passed and I didn't hear anything. I followed up with them during the third week. They stated that they were still interviewing and narrowing down their selection and they would let me know something next week. Another two weeks went by and at the end of that second week, I got the "we regret to inform you" email. Overall, I believe the process took around five weeks when the told me initially it was only going to take around two weeks. They also have you complete a press release example prior to the interview which they send you via email. I find it very unprofessional to not stick to the time frames given to your candidates. I understand things may come up, but having someone in limbo for five weeks after you say it is only going to be two weeks is highly off putting.
