Refereed by a friend of an open position. Applied on the hospital's website as a general application. I received an e-mail from the HR Director the next day saying the position had been filled. I inquired with the Director about the position and it had NOT been filled. We also scheduled an interview. The interview was very informal. No interview rubric. Much like a long conversation. I was told that after conducting more interviews, he would make a decision on the position next week. I received a call later that next week stating that someone else was hired for the position.
