The interview was pleasant and thorough. I met with the floor manager and the other IBCLCs and CLCs. There were a lot of people in the interview room. I got the impression they need a lot of help and that they want someone willing to cross-train for other department responsibilities. They told be another IBCLC had quit recently because she was asked to do too many other responsibilities which were not in her job description.
