I applied online via CRMC's career section. I was invited by a CRMC recruiter to attend open house. During open house, I had the opportunity to interact with nursing managers. I handed my resume portfolio to the nursing manager and a few days later I was contacted for an interview.
Panel interview with 3 to 5 administor including manager, floor nurses, and supervisors. Started with phone interview before in person interview or zoom. Easy going. Scenario questions to basic interview questions

Entrevista
At least 20-30 minutes asking why you're interested in the department and tells you a lot about the fast paced environment their department is. They want to get an idea of if youre a team player.
First get called by a hiring recruiter they ask you questions, if they like what they hear they will pass your resume on to the department of which you input your application then they schedule an interview via zoom.
