The interview process usually begins with an HR team member contacting a candidate to schedule a phone interview. They HR representative reviews your application, qualifications, and discusses the job more in depth with the candidate. Towards the end of the call if the HR representative feels you are a good candidate they will ask if you are still interested and forward your information to the hiring manager, or schedule an interview with the manager. In most cases this interview will be in person. If you are a good fit the manager will introduce you to the unit/office. This is usually followed by a peer interview and lastly you will usually be given the opportunity to job shadow before a decision is made.

Was about 15 mins and virtual and the manager spent time getting to know me. We talked more about the floor I would be working on and required holidays and schedules.
