Very thorough first with a phone call to see if your qualified. Second you receive another call from manager to offer you an interview. Third you meet with manager and supervisor for interview. Fourth you have 3 test to pass, Fifth you get a job offer if you pass the tests then they do back ground and reference checks. Lastly you have to have all health completed before start work.
