Applied for position, ten days later received a text from associate recruiter to set up a phone interview with hiring manager. Agreed upon time, then a couple of days later hiring manager called to change the time. Phone interview was terrible. Interview seemed rushed, cut off answers. Never expected to get an in person. I get there and am sat in a break room with other people before the hiring manager comes to get her coffee. I am then taken upstairs to a conference room with three others and hiring manager. Only they had not scheduled the room and there was another meeting that people were standing outside of the door waiting. Everyone had one question, rigid 30 minute schedule. Everyone introduced themselves at handshake. No mention of what they did on the team or their part in this process. No follow up, just a rejection email nine days later.
