I became aware of a new position within Community that would give me standard hours and take me from part-time to full-time. I applied online and was called for an interview within a few days. Because I was already an employee, the testing and background checks were unnecessary to complete.

"What was the greatest difficulty you had to overcome and how did you accomplish it?" Very difficult for me to answer because I didn't want to say something was difficult they considered easy and vice versa. I went with an honest answer and it worked.
