I was emailed by the supervisor less than 24 hours after I applied for the position online and interviewed with her less than a week later (I was out of town on vacation when she contacted me). However, it took another 4 weeks to get a start date and another week after to go to my first training. The interview process was brief but thorough. I worked previously in community mental health elsewhere and most of the questions asked were directed toward these experiences and the differences between going from a clinical to a non-clinical position.
