It is a panel interview depending on the location you apply for. The decision on whether you will get hired or not will be determined by campus administrators. Be ready to speak about your experience working with children and families and ways that you can increase community engagement.

How would you discover community resources to provide to families based on the area they live in?
The interview process was very fast. First a phone interview, then an assignment presented in person, then a final interview with the CEO. The interviewers were very friendly and really felt like the conversation.
