I was given a 15 minute interview that ended up lasting about 35 minutes. I am now waiting to hear back. During the initial interview I was given details on the job as well as was asked basic interview questions.

The interview was fine, we immediately went to compliance questions and salary screening - it would have been nice to set the tone, discuss the organizational mission and purpose, etc. It felt very old-fashioned and painted the organization as somewhat behind the times.
