Interest is key in this process, recruiters want to see that you’re dedicated and eager to learn more about CFN. I made sure to follow up directly with recruiters at every step. My first interview was a screening call with a recruiter who asked me to walk through my resume, explain why I was interested in CFN, and share which teams I would be most excited to join. After the screening, I interviewed with different teams, either in panel format or one-on-one through Teams. Each team interview serves as its own round, and if you don’t advance with one team, you may move on to another. There weren’t many technical questions; most were personality-based, as they primarily want to see if you’d be a good fit for their team and if you’re genuinely curious.
