Phone screen, in person interview with 6 others in a conference room. Very welcoming, polite and hospitable. They explained the history of the hospital and the current challenges. The hiring manager was kind and answered all my questions. I was impressed that he personally called me back and verbally explained why I wasn't chosen for the position.
