Sent resume to hiring agency and they then coordinated with the company's recruitment department to schedule an interview. I then interviewed with an HR person, the Manager, and the current employee in the prospective position. The Interview lasted about 30 minutes.

A little strange as it was done entirely via RingCentral messaging and it was based on how long it took for you to respond. I did not speak with anyone directly and after they sent me a job offer I was a little confused as I have not spoken to anyone directly.
