Interview with the people from the sales team: Basic questions regarding the CV -with a high focus on how i got interested in finance. Basic brain teaser and basic mental math skills for calculation on different products payoffs. Basic option theory skills are required.
Interview with the coordinator: more focus on my personality and soft skills.

- Mainly personal fit and interest in positions
- One interview with just the team manager and one with the head of the department
- A lot of room to discuss personal questions and to explain there work
Online application, after that recieved an invitation for the interview
In person interview at their office with to different employees, each took 1 hour
Nice atmosphere
Feedback after 1 week
very long process 2h for the first round with 4 different people, 30 mn each. Very tedious and expect a lot of questions from them (macro, about the position, the company, accounting...)
