Managerial: This round is to evaluate you on 1. How do you collaborate within a team or outside the team 2. Certain scenarios that you might have faced in the past. 3. The way you enable / motivate the junior members of the team 4. How far do you go interms of customer relationships. etc. etc. VP Round: is more of a discussion on your past.
