First, I received an e-mail for a teleconference. The teleconference was fairly easy with typical interview questions. Next, was the second round interview. It was scheduled quickly as well. I was only allotted 30 minutes and we actually went over by a few minutes. I thought everything went well. However, three weeks passed and I did not hear anything until I received the generic rejection e-mail.
