I was asked how was I a good fit for the company and what made me decide to do it? I was a good fit for that position, because I had done in the past. I have 5 years experience with Home Health Care. 2 years experience doing Security work.

It was A phone interview. Phone interview only took about 10-15 minutes. Then if that went well you go in for onboarding and training. It was an easy process and just got asked the basic interview questions.
