Applied for the job and around a week later I had a phone interview with the HR Recruiter. Less than a week later I was scheduled to meet with some of the direct supervisors at the job site. During the interview they asked about my technical skills and then some of the basic scenario questions. I interviewed with two supervisors at the same time. It was pretty laid back and they were nice. A few days later I received an offer letter contingent on drug test and background check. Nearly two months later I began training.

You got one single viewing of the information and were expected to take the assessment without review. Most likely a weeding process. It seems this should be worked more honestly into the job description that a person has to literally memorize new information instantly.

Straight forward, walk me through your resume; so know your resume. Highlight projects and challenges you faced in those challenges. Within 2 weeks the recruiter called me back offering me a job.

I got hired in June. They stated I would start July. July came and they pushed it back to September. September came and they pushed it back to November. November came and theybpushed it back to January. Took 6 months to start this job.
