The initial communication process was very clear and prompt through my recruiter. Their questions were appropriate for the position I was looking for. I interviewed with almost all of the members of the team, and the process was fairly swift. I also interviewed with the leadership of the division. I was expecting to be intimidated, but they were very open, honest, and answered the questions I had about their direction and the future of the division.

Insulting. The first interviewer recognized me from a year ago. Without saying a word, he simply turned around and walked away. The second interviewer went through the motions of giving an interview, and then said he had to find out what happened a year ago. The disorganization of the interview process is probably a reflection of this company in general.
