Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 6 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Comcast (San Jose, CA) en jul 2011
Entrevista
The hiring process is very lengthy. First you must apply online and hope that the career team contacts you. Its impossible to show up at a branch and speak to a manager about a job unless you know people. The interview process is relatively chill; be honest, easy going, and try to connect with the interviewing manager on a personal level. These guys are not only looking for the best fit skills-wise, but they are also looking for personality qualities as well. You must come-off as someone who is a team player and gets along well with others. If you are offered a job, you need to do a background check and drug-test. It may take up o 6 weeks to hear back with a start-date.

Pregunta 1
I was asked to name a time where I showed outstanding customer service and describe what I did to blow the customer away. For my second interview, I was told to memorize all of Comcast products and services and to sell them to the two hiring managers in the interview.

Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Comcast (Indianapolis, IN) en jun 2016
Entrevista
It started with a presentation. An overview of the position, training, compensation and benefits. The there was the personal interview. It was a very comfortable atmosphere. Never was I nervous or did I feel guarded. My interviewer was polite and very professional.

I applied online, a few weeks later I received a call to schedule a phone interview. Once you go through the basic screening process, they send you an assessment test. Basic personality test. Nothing to fret. After that, I got a call for a face to face interview. The interview was with the store manager, I would be working for. He was very friendly and I was under the assumption the interview went well. I was notified 3 weeks later I got the job and I received a contingent offer based on background & drug testing. That was almost a month ago and I have yet to receive my final offer. Have lots of patience. The company Comcast uses for background checks is very slow
