Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Comcast
Entrevista
Almost immediately after submitting my application, I received a reply. "I have reviewed your resume and I am impressed." It also included an invitation to complete a video interview. However, this was not an interview with a person. Instead, you go to a website that presents questions to you, one at a time, and you have 2 minutes each to record a video response.
There were 11 questions total but 3 were text only, not video. They advise you ahead of time to dress professionally, maintain eye contact with the camera, and present yourself as if in a real interview. About half the questions allowed one re-take (a do-over). The other half were one take only.
Comcast says "Our interview process is designed to be a two way street. We provide you an opportunity to learn more about us and career opportunities at Comcast and for us to get to know you better." But I don't buy it.
The only advantage I can see for the applicant is you can schedule your own time to complete the interview. But to do it properly I should have spent the entire day on it, rehearsing every question.
Comcast though can use this method to screen 10x applicants (probably more). It doesn't cost them anything. So as a candidate you could spend hours on something only to have it swiped away after the first 15 seconds, or never looked at at all.
Naturally, I won't be doing this again. No thank you Comcast.

In as much detail as possible, tell me what happens when I type yahoo.com into my browser and hit enter.
Name a product that you think is exceptionally well-designed – ideally a non-electronic product. Tell me what makes it well-designed. “What would you improve about it?” or “If you were the CEO of the company that produced this product, and you wanted to sell 10X as many, what would you do?”

The key is understanding that Round 1 is a getting to know each other and for the hiring manager a quality assurance checkpoint on the job description to make sure it was/is clear to candidates
