I responded to a cattle call email I got through an email list. The email said they were looking for various types of developers. Sent in my resume and a recruiter invited me to a job fair. After inviting me, the recruiter asked me for samples of work, specifically tableless designs, which I sent.
When I got there, it wasn't a traditional job fair format; it was a series of 1 on 1 interviews with 3 or 4 staffers. A couple of them mentioned that they didn't know they were doing an interview that day or weren't good at interviewing.
I found out during the series of interviews that they were actually looking for front end people, preferably with Freemarker experience, and that their backend is Java. I'm a PHP developer, so...
I left with a CIM water bottle and Flash drive. The people I interviewed with were nice but their screening process could be a lot better to avoid wasting everyone's time.

I reach by 11:30 and the waiting time took around 30+ minutes after that the interviews was happened through Phone. They asked all the basic questions and I felt very happy after I done my interview and here the twist comes 😒 with in a 2 minutes they asked me to leave bcz my profile is not suitable for their position, What ?
When I asked for a reason they don't have any answer for that, Seriously!
At least they should give me a proper response so that I could convince my self but right now I felt like that I put into the black box 😒.

Fairly generic interview process. Phone interview, followed by a few rounds of in person interviews with other developers and managers. There was also a whiteboard portion during the in person interview rounds.

Entrevista
One phone interview (remote) and onsite meeting. Conference call with remote location. Multiple questions and methodology questions. Asked about how I would approach a problem. If I was able to take a bare system and turn into web developement system. What I would do if that approach didnt work.
