Very brief phone interview, followed by 15 minute in person interview. Typical customer service questions. The interviewer was ill prepared and unorganized, even eating his lunch during the interview. Talking with a mouth full is disgusting at anytime, but making that my first impression of you and your company. Not only was it gross it made it difficult to concentrate and take the interviewer seriously.

Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer, how would you handle an upset customer, also asked questions regarding experience, strengths and weaknesses. I wanted to laugh when he said we want our employees to think outside the box. So you want employees to be innovative, but can't come up with anything more than cookie cutter interview questions. Overall, interview left me with bad impression.

Entrevista
I am currently internal so I applied online. Had a 15 minute screening call with the recruiter asking basic questions. First interview was with hiring manager. Very conversational with a couple "formal" questions. Second interview with the sales team. More difficult trying to drill down to how I work and why I should be chosen.
Very professional, interviewer was polite, thorough, timely, asked relevant questions. I was made to feel comfortable and I would describe it as a pleasant experience. I would recommend applying for positions with this company

How do you handle difficult/challenging conversations
There was an assessment followed by a phone interview with a recruiter then a virtual panel interview with a senior manager and two supervisors. The phone interview was no more than 20 mins and the panel interview was 45mins. I received an offer after a week.
