You are sent an automated email requesting a phone interview. First you have to log into a portal to give them some basic personal information but that portal did not work for me so I had to call them up. Then you get another automated email confirming the date and time of the phone interview. They ask for you to block out 30 to 45 minutes for the phone interview but mine took only 20 minutes.
