Hardly a "Process." They spend most of the interview "Selling" you on the company and all of the money you could make. While they just want to make sure you have a pulse, and a car. So they will take almost anyone.
We met at a Starbucks on a Wednesday and I was offered the position the next day. I have seen people employed who have difficulty reading, so the bar is set LOW.

A series of screen calls following a group interview/sit down. It wasn’t until after the group interview they let you know whether they are interested in continuing the process. It was a relatively long process that took about 2 weeks.

Wonderful attitude, was very respectful and aware of surroundings. Explained the history of the company in its entirety. Explained the 3 step training process and shadow day . Wonderful attitude, she was very relatable

The first interview is to learn about the company and if you would fit. They don’t sugarcoat it and they make it known that hard work must be put in to be successful in their company.
