Nice and smooth, easy since they are always looking for sales people to join. Process is quickly explained to candidates, so one doesn't have to fret over the interview process, they want you on board like yesterday.
I met in my person with the local sales leader, discussed the process and whether or not I felt like I could sell the product. I thought it was a simple process that was very beneficial.

Easy interview with a nice interviewer!! They asked direct questions but still tried to make me feel at home in the process. They were a little low on the salary i was looking to make.

I had a phone interview with the district manager through an employee referral. I was asked a series of questions about my experience as an insurance producer, my current employer, and skills and training I may have had while employed. I was then asked if I would like to make money while helping others, and when I would be available for a ride along with another agent.
