A phone interview with Human Resources first. Followed by an in person interview with management and a final interview with the CEO. Everyone was friendly and created a casual environment which made me feel comfortable. The interviews were conversational.

I was contacted via email and sent a link to setup a time and date for a phone interview. I was contacted that day by an HR lady. She talked for about 20 minutes about the benefits package. She seemed astounded at why I would leave my previous employer. She was defensive and talked a lot. I wasn't expecting to hear about retirement/health insurance until I had gotten the job or was allowed into the next round of interviews. She said she would get back with me in a week, and I never heard back. The interview was around 45 minutes. I also felt attacked when I answered a question because she would make incorrect assumptions.
