Theoretical test as first part consisting of questions about algorithms, data structures, databases. Questions rather easy, on junior level. A week later technical interview onsite asking about algorithms, frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, my projects and experience.

The interviewer seemed disorganized and unprepared, repeatedly asked irrelevant questions, and failed to explain the role clearly. The process felt rushed and unprofessional, leaving me with a poor impression of the company

Entrevista
I was given a task to write a complex backend application, a difficult task for the Junior Position I applied. This took me full 7 days to complete, and I believe the application was functional. Despite this, I received a generic email about "proceeding with other applicants", with NO CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK whatsoever. This is despite a promise for a final call from the interviewer initially when I was given this task.
