Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en ComPsych (Atlanta, GA) en nov 2024
Entrevista
A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. We had a short talk about the pay $17 for PT and $19 for FT, encouraging me to apply for the position. Had an interview 11/26 that was a little over 30 minutes. She wanted to know how I react in crisis calls. It should be noted this company only takes 2% of crisis calls, most are generally intake and referrals to guide clients to resources. which lasts 12 minutes. They send over all the needed equipment and have certain start dates, with a 3 week MANDATORY training.
She sent me the Shift list for part-time:
Mon - Fri 8:30a - 12:30p CST GS or GC (20 hr week)PT
Mon - Fri 10:00a - 2:00p CST GS or GC (20 hr week)PT
Mon - Fri 2:00p - 6:00p CST GS or GC (20 hr week)PT
She informed me of the next steps being an assessment online that lasted 18 minutes; she sent over information from the interview and assessment results to the team lead who decides to schedule a second interview. I got a rejected email 11/29.
2 week process. 1st interview is with HR rep & team lead or coach. 2nd interview is with department head. Mock scenarios of crisis calls. Straight forward customer service. Retain of information. Knowledge of tech savvy.

The recruiter for ComPsych did not show up for the first appointment and rescheduled the following day. The interview lasted less than ten minutes. The recruiter stated they would call back for the next steps in a few days and ghosted me. It is very unprofessional, and this is a recruiter hired by and working for ComPsych. If that's any indication of work culture, it's most likely toxic.
