Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en ComEd (Oakbrook Terrace, IL) en ene 2014
Entrevista
Step 1 is a phone call with Human Resources, who goes through basics about salary, etc. They also have you agree to running a background check. Step 1.5 = Some co-workers mentioned a written/computer-based skills test, but I did not have to do that (probably because it was a senior position requiring advanced degree and/or professional license.) Step 2 is to meet with three managers one-on-one in person for about 10 minutes each; they are all done in a row, so you are out in around half an hour. Each manager will ask you about different things, starting with the required formula questions, which are non-technical. If the manager is familiar with your type of work, s/he may follow up with questions on your specific skills/experience. If not, the manager would continue the conversation in more general terms. They are all very open and willing to answer questions you have about the company. If you receive an offer, Step 3 is a drug test offsite.

First, a telephonic screen was done after which they scheduled for an onsite interview. The onsite interview was for an hour where I had to talk to two managers.
