Interview process was very professional and progressed at a good pace. First step was phone interviews with the company recruiter and hiring manager. Second step was on site interviews with several members of the management team. Interviews were comfortable two way conversations, with plenty of opportunities for me to ask all my questions and get a good perspective on the company values, direction and culture.

Got approached by the HR recruiter. Had phone interview. Then brought onsite for an interview with HR and the hiring manager. Was then invited to complete a Top-Grading Interview online and then onsite. Unfortunately it turns out there was a misrepresentation of the roll and the company, which turned out to be very different from what I was told originally.
