Phone interview with manager. Next is person to person. At first all questions were about my previous position, then specific questions about this position. I was given 30 minutes to pass the test with chart review, chart abstraction, screening process and last to present the study to the patient. I wasgoven a consent form and had to explain the study details to one of the manageres who pretended to be a patient. Very difficult and time consuming. Almost 2.5 hours interview.
