Very long and tedious - however its part of the process. One interview & then a second round, then a third round of on-site follow up & then a final stage of references. Time consuming and patience is required for the vetting process.

Two people in the lab interviewed me and then after that, they didn't continue to follow through and just got an email like a month later telling me I haven't been selected.

Entrevista
I went through three rounds of interviews with the PI and the graduate students at the lab. Every one of them gave me feedback and were overall very friendly. Their questions were interrogating me about my past history and they spent a lot of time explaining their research to me.
