Entrevista
I was offered a management position while working temporarily as a curriculum coordinator. I was working directly for the director of the office supporting her work and she let me know that there was an opening. She asked if I was interested in the position and we talked briefly about what the position entailed and what my short and long term goals are.
Fairly straightforward. Process took two months from application to official offer. One virtual interview and one in person interview each with the hiring managers. About a week or so after the second interview, HR called to let me know I was a finalist and they would proceed with the reference and background check. They called me with updates at every stage of the process.

2 interviews and a background check. Two interviews to assess suitability, followed by a background check for verification of qualifications and suitability for the position. The background check is really impeccable so make sure you don't have any problems before you apply.

Entrevista
The interview experience was a positive one being that the interviewers were nice. However, it was more casual than expected and did not have a lot of structure. The entire process overall was long.
