I interviewed with Columbia University and the process was straightforward and relatively easy overall. The interviewers were friendly, and the questions were mostly focused on my background, experience, and general fit for the role. Communication throughout the process was clear and professional.However, despite the positive experience, the position ultimately was not opened, so the hiring process did not continue.
