Very tough entry assessments; USE YOUR PHONE. The interview itself was in 3 rounds but was fairly brief and standard. Offer letter came a couple days following speaking "interviewing" with operations department chairs. Pay here is not high, and they do not offer much room to negotiate. I heard it was challenging to get an interview if you didn't already know someone working for the company, FYI.
