First interview was a group interview with a few other people. Really simple. Interviewer asked a question, everyone needed to answer the questions, but you could talk whenever you wanted to. (Whoever wanted to answer first could answer first, whoever wanted to answer next could answer after the first person, etc.) Basic job interview questions about times you were faced with a challenge, strengths, weaknesses, stuff like that. Group interview took around maybe 30-45 mins. 2 people were chosen from the maybe 7 people that were there to do a 1:1 interview with the General Manager. Interview was challenging if you don't know much about the place. Got asked many questions about what they offer. Would be easy if you knew a lot about them or have been going there for a while.
