I applied through college/university.First there was an aptitude test which consists of verbal and core ece questions followed by a group discussion and then face to face interview which I couldn't get through

I was contacted by the recruiter in Barcelona. We discussed that I was still in school and that I was expecting to graduate on June of the following year, and then proceeded to schedule a phone interview with an engineer, but remembered to call. After wasting my time waiting for the interview, another recruiter from the same department contacted me after the holidays and we chatted for the same position as if I was never contacted in the past. Then I was let known that I would be receiving an email to schedule an interview with an engineer. A couple days passed and I got an email saying that unfortunately they were looking for someone to join the company as soon as possible, and I wasn't eligible because I was graduating in June. Overall a negative experience. Also, no training was given if you got the job (which makes no sense to me).
