I had two interviews with the CSPD, one through a job fair and I was then contacted for a second interview. Both interview processes went well, especially the second interview because I had more time to speaker with the interviewer. I find that I can be kind of awkward in interviews due to nervousness, but my second interview really felt like a conversation without all of the awkward pauses that usually come with a job interview.
